Training Included with Every Aircraft
With every new JMB aircraft purchase, you receive comprehensive transition and safety training.
Our certified instructors guide you through every aspect of your aircraft, ensuring you understand and can confidently operate all systems — from short-field operations to complex avionics and emergency scenarios.
Training includes:
Aircraft transition instruction specific to your model (VL3, Phoenix, SV4 or Evo)
Avionics mastery of the Garmin G3X, autopilot and Smart Glide system
Emergency procedure practice and proficiency refreshers
Simulator sessions in our exact VL3 replica simulator,usable anytime regardless of weather
Delivered with a Safety Pilot
Every JMB aircraft is delivered with a qualified safety pilot seated beside you during your first flights. This ensures that your initial flying hours are safe, smooth and enjoyable, while you gain confidence in your new aircraft. Our instructors will stay with you until both parties are fully satisfied with your capabilities.
Safety for the Whole Family
We understand that your aircraft is often shared with your loved ones. That’s why we also offer optional training for your spouse or frequent co-pilot.
This short, practical course teaches essential safety and communication skills, including how to:
Use the autopilot “Level” button.
Change the squawk code or tune emergency frequencies
Communicate with ATC
Activate and manage the Smart Glide system

Mandatory Rescue System Emergency Training
Every JMB pilot completes our Rescue System Emergency Training in Amougies, Belgium.
This mandatory session provides real-world understanding of when and how to deploy the aircraft’s parachute rescue system which has saved countless lives around the world.
